And since we stand behind our products 100%, we’ll let you try them out for 30 days, risk-free. If you’re not completely happy with your product for any reason, let us know and we’ll arrange for pick up from your school or office.


RETURNS
Thanks to our risk free 30-day guarantee, you may return any VARIDESK product for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Simply call us and we will issue an RMA#.

We’ll even cover your return shipping costs. We recommend keeping your original shipping box in case you need to return your VARIDESK standing desk. However, if you no longer have your original box, please let a customer service member know so a return box can be provided. Please call Customer Service for more details.

For US Customers: Your money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 2-3 business days upon return receipt of your VARIDESK product.

For Australia Customers: Your money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 2-3 business days or within 5-7 days if you paid via EFT/ACH/Wire Transfer upon return receipt of your VARIDESK product.

For EU Customers: Your money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 2-3 business days or within 5-7 days if you paid via EFT/ACH/Wire Transfer upon return receipt of your VARIDESK product.


FREIGHT ITEM RETURNS
If you are returning a product that was delivered via freight, you will need to have the product brought out to your curb for no-cost pick-up. You may have it picked up from inside your home or office at an additional cost. Please contact customer service for more details.

Returns and Replacements
• During the 30-Day Guarantee period, returns, replacements, and shipping costs are paid by VARIDESK.

• Within 1 year of the purchase date, shipping costs for warranty claims will be covered by VARIDESK.

• After 1 year from the purchase date, the shipping costs for warranty claims must be paid by the customer.

• Items damaged in transit may be returned or replaced at our cost under the 30-Day Guarantee. We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.

• After the initial 30-day risk free period, refunds will no longer be available, product replacements will be provided instead.


CANCELLED ORDERS
Should you wish to cancel your order, please call our customer service team at (800) 207-2587. Once the item is rerouted back to our warehouse and we verify receipt, you will be issued a full refund. This usually takes a few days.
